Well, Sometimes, you find yourself in a position about a thing you are in need and you don’t know whether you really have it or not. And not knowing, you find another way to do your work which sometime takes time. So, in this tutorial we will use a type of blur effect in shotcut to blur the background of a horizontal video clip.
