While preparing an orientation word document, its always a good idea to keep the puzzle pieces in the places where they can be accessed conveniently and if you have prepared an introductory video which you want to play right from your orientation word document instead of playing it by going to another folder, you can embed or add it to your word document to keeps things handy.
